Delivery Policy - Instant Digital Download

TwoTap Planner sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

When do I get my files? Immediately after payment. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

What do I receive? Hyperlinked PDF files for reMarkable 2, Paper Pure, Paper Pro and Paper Pro Move, in right- and left-handed versions, plus a Start Here guide with installation instructions.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, reply to the order confirmation or use our Contact page with your order number and we will send your files again within 24 hours on business days.
